Egg with mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 4 hen eggs
  • 4 fresh lettuces (sucrine)
  • One 125g glass jar of Delouis mayonnaise

Preparation

Cook the eggs during 10 minutes in salted boiling water, then keep in cold water a while.

Peel the eggs, cut into two pieces and arrange on a plate together with the lettuce.

Spoon the mayonnaise over the eggs and serve.

Soba Noodles with cold Pesto sauce & Kimchi

Ingredients

  • 500g Soba noodles
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 50g of sesame seeds
  • 100g of kimchi
  • 1 glass jar 125g Delouis Pesto Mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Cook the Soba noodles, drain and keep cool.
  2. Arrange the pasta in a bowl, add one egg yolk and pour the content of 1 glass jar of Delouis pesto sauce over the pasta.
  3. Add sesame seeds and kimchi.

 

Shabu shabu of sea food with Hollandaise sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 king prawns
  • 8 prawns
  • Enoki
  • Shitakes
  • Pok choï
  • Bouillon of sea food
  • 1 glass jar of Delouis Hollandaise sauce

Preparation

Cook all ingredients in the bouillon and add the total content of the glass jar with Hollandaise sauce into the pot and serve.
