Egg with mayonnaise
- 4 hen eggs
- 4 fresh lettuces (sucrine)
- One 125g glass jar of Delouis mayonnaise
Cook the eggs during 10 minutes in salted boiling water, then keep in cold water a while.
Peel the eggs, cut into two pieces and arrange on a plate together with the lettuce.
Spoon the mayonnaise over the eggs and serve.
Soba Noodles with cold Pesto sauce & Kimchi
- 500g Soba noodles
- 4 egg yolks
- 50g of sesame seeds
- 100g of kimchi
- 1 glass jar 125g Delouis Pesto Mayonnaise
- Cook the Soba noodles, drain and keep cool.
- Arrange the pasta in a bowl, add one egg yolk and pour the content of 1 glass jar of Delouis pesto sauce over the pasta.
- Add sesame seeds and kimchi.
Shabu shabu of sea food with Hollandaise sauce
- 8 king prawns
- 8 prawns
- Pok choï
- Bouillon of sea food
- 1 glass jar of Delouis Hollandaise sauce
Cook all ingredients in the bouillon and add the total content of the glass jar with Hollandaise sauce into the pot and serve.
