"Natural Quality" translates
our philosophy.
"Natural"
indicates our constant wish to produce as much as we can
and whenever it is possible with no additives
(no preservatives, no coloring agents, no artificial flavors).
We only use vegetable plants, fruits, herbs and/or spices.
This
is the case for our vinegars,
mustards, mayonnaise,
Caesar mayonnaise, Aïoli, and tartare sauces. Our pure
fresh butter sauces and our
vinaigrettes only do not entirely enter this category
since they have starch and a stabiliser.
"Quality"
stands for our constant will to use the best raw
materials: all our oils are analised GMO < to
the detection level, the eggs are laid by hens fed naturally
(no animal flours), our red wine and white wine vinegars
come only from French wines, we press wild
Limousin apples exclusively to make our cider vinegar…
This
constant search for quality has led us to create a new line
of mustards: the Regional mustards with
the Basque mustard, Provence mustard, Catalane mustard,
